Every beer we pour on draft is brewed within about a 90-minute drive of 2408 Twin Creeks Drive. That is the whole idea behind the name: local beer, paired with the food it was built for.

Drive is roughly how long it takes from the brewery's home city to our door. It is a property of the city, from a list we keep by hand, so where a city has not been confirmed yet the column shows an em dash rather than a guess.

Pairs with is a suggestion by style, not a rule. Each dish on our menu is built for a beer style rather than one particular beer, so the pairing holds when the keg changes. Ask your server if you want a second opinion.

The ~90-minute rule covers what is on draft. Cans and bottles are listed under their own filter and are not part of it. Wine and non-alcoholic options are behind the bar — ask, or check Toast.
